2023 Living Legends of New Braunfels
The Braunfels Foundation Trust's annual Celebration Luncheon celebrates all the activities of the Trust from the year and highlights the latest class of Living Legends of New Braunfels.
With an inaugural event in 2001, the Braunfels Foundation Trust began presenting the Living Legends of New Braunfels Award. Each year at the BFT Celebration Luncheon, the Trust recognizes up to three Living Legends of New Braunfels for their years of dedicated support to the people, institutions, and history of our great community.
The award is one of the highest honors given to a resident of New Braunfels and honorees are considered "True Texas Legends."
The 2023 Living Legends of New Braunfels were announced during the summer social at The Terrace in Freiheit Village. They are Cecil Eager, Kathy Muerin, and Alton Rahe.
